We will leverage our existing relationships across the IT industry to facilitate rapid prototyping approaches that minimise risk and inform your business as to how technology solutions will work in operation.
PMO/Program Management Support: Professional IT will utilise our existing system integrator and application development partners (or those which you specify if there is a preference) by providing PMO and Program Management support, thereby ensuring technology oversight for our clients over their outsourced development and system integration partners.
Systems Engineering Transition Support: We will support the transition from prototyping and implementations to a formal end-to-end managed service. Professional IT will work with all parties to ensure that the transition from Solution Development to your Steady State environment is smooth and provides all the information required for ongoing support.
End-to-End SDLC: Once your solution has been delivered, we will continue to support you by enhancing the solution to extract greater value in addition to ensuring it remains contemporary. It can be risky and expensive to not continue to nurture your new product through best practice SDLC methodologies.
